How we work
Six things that do not get skipped
The controls below apply to every order, whether it is four flanges for a shutdown or a full project package.
DocumentationEN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates as standard. 3.2 certificates with third-party endorsement where the purchase specification requires them.
VerificationPositive material identification, hardness surveys, ultrasonic, radiographic and dye penetrant examination against the applicable code.
Independent inspectionSGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV, Lloyds and client inspectors coordinated at the manufacturer before release.
TraceabilityHeat and lot numbers hard stamped or laser marked, cross-referenced to the certificate pack issued with delivery.
Preservation and packingSea-worthy packing, end caps and protection, moisture barriers and marking for site identification.
RecordsDocument packs retained and reissued on request, so a certificate is never lost between the mill and the audit.
